Michelle Danner is a film and stage director, author, and internationally renowned acting coach with nearly three decades of experience. She has taught for 29 years and continues to lead her signature Golden Box Acting workshops around the world, including South America, Europe, Canada, Dubai, New York, and Australia.

Throughout her career, she has coached numerous A-list actors both privately and on set, including Henry Cavill, Gerard Butler, Abigail Breslin, Zooey Deschanel, Penelope Cruz, Andy Garcia, Salma Hayek, James Franco, Seth MacFarlane, Michelle Rodriguez, Isla Fisher, Luke Wilson, Emily VanCamp, Donald Sutherland, Kyle MacLachlan, Mireille Enos, Taryn Manning, Ryan Phillippe, Chris Rock, Enrique Murciano, and Josh Bowman.

Drawing from more than 30 years of supporting both established and emerging actors, Michelle has distilled the best practices from major acting methods—including Stella Adler, Sanford Meisner, Lee Strasberg, Uta Hagen, Chekhov, and Stanislavski—into a practical system that helps artists access their strengths.

Every actor is unique, and through her training you will learn to build your own “Golden Box” of acting tools that you can use when approaching any role or scene in film, television, or theater.
