Obstacles and listening- creating your character. A lot of the times you pick parts based on the number of obstacles your character will have.  Obstacles are interesting . What’s the obstacle for my character? Another very important thing is listening. The backstory will tell you how  you  listen. You listen with the thoughts that your character would have, with the inner monologue, with the association.  And if you’re clear about the obstacles, that will also give you a poin
